Duke, Dr.Bob is no longer with the company.As far as Apple releasing a phone with QMC TQDs before fall that would be touch and go.Of course as Q said $$$$ behind any project can speed up almost any process.I believe the initial delay of the first reactor to implement the LANL thick shelling process once complete will be easily adapted to a larger reactor.I am sure the larger reactor will be ordered based on supply demand.Once we hear that reactor has been ordered it may be a precursor to an announcement of a large supply contract.JMO of course
