If you go to both Kolbe and Vortex's Facebook page they mention that they are with Luxuriant Holdings. This is what I am basing it on. Plus I spoke to both of the CEO's through Facebook messaging, so it appears to be legit. Again, I am still researching, but it sounds to be pretty good. However, still concerned with the Vakser recent PR, and the relation with him.
