re:rayu,i don't think a reverse split is in the cards simply because the companies we are buying are being payed with commen share's,which would also be efected by the split.of course i don't know what i'am talking about,which is why i would feel a whole lot better if the company would confirm no reverse split is planed.it would also keep a lot of people from selling if the pps dips back to the low 30's.i still have all the faith,but something to calm my nerve's would'nt hurt:)

RAYU........you must not of looked at many stocks in that 30 years. Go look at VISG. It did a 1 for 2.5 RS in December and has done nothing but gone up since. An RS is a valuable tool if your business is fundamentally sound. Although you are right that the majority of companies do them either to get listed or to attract investors and that strategy never pays off it seems. Of course VISG was listed and had good financials so their reasons were other then the two above, and in most of those cases an RS is successful.
