someone was out to make hundreds of millions on this play....assuming their intention was not to get caught.... short the hell out of it before the "find" and buy the assets for pennies on the dollar once pphm was busted or in dire financial straights. and start over knowing what the 3 mg was legit... this was no small time operation.... one would think there would be some trail out there... csi fargo? who had the big short positions? with a serious felony worse than insider trading, one would have some leverage getting to the bottom of this... if one wanted to and where have i heard that phrase?
