Apparently I've been in the ELTP penalty box too long....typo....USPTO .....new procedures....check it out.....why the patent hold up!!! 3rd patent PR coming SOON $$$$$$$

Correct, the FDA does not approve patents. That is the USPTO. Perhaps a call to the USPTO will reveal the delay in Elite patent?
