Once BW dilutes the 9.8 billion shares he will either RS or increase the AS and continue diluting.

I know, BW said he will not do that. He said end of capitalization(at 2.4 billion). He said stock buy back (in 2012). He said 90% of Wam-Marts (by end of 2013).

So, when someone calls BS, BW has given them plenty of reasons. But, you are free to believe what you want.
