The answer is simply and truly YES. There is nothing about hemp that is illegal. There are no laws in the US that make possession of hemp illegal, this includes the sterilized seed, hemp seed oil, hemp seed flour, hemp seed cake, hulled hemp seeds, hemp clothing, hemp fabrics, hemp fuel or any other product made from INDUSTRIAL HEMP.

Please don't make me prove those kind of statements wrong read just the second sentence.

Federal law prohibits farmers from growing both marijuana and industrial hemp. But hemp products are legal in the United States. Companies that use hemp as an ingredient can legally import hemp.
