I kind of thought it was the same, or to get panic selling going on to scoop up shares at the price range they wanted.

Or maybe no one was selling that low so they put a 'lid' on it from going higher hoping it will bring the sellers out...She's prepping for a run IMO. How high I don't know but STTK just did over a 10 bagger in just over a week and that stock has been a dillution machine for years. :-(
With SVNTQ being BK'd and the plan changing to not issuing new shares, this play is interesting for a trade and maybe more. I've been in quite a few BK'd stocks. Some survived and some did not but almost all of them had really good runs at some point. :-D
