#66263 RE: Salve Lucrum #66258

Whaaaa? I was on the Bid as a NEW trader to CAPC wanting to invest. I'm not an existing shareholder. Perhaps an existing shareholder needs to slap my Bid to complete the transaction/trade. That doesn't make both parties existing shareholders. No no no.

Here I am at the Bid (L2 $.02 cheapskate)- not an existing shareholder. I have no shares currently.

There you are on the Ask (L2 $.04 greedy)- existing shareholder.

You can slap my Bid of $.02 or I can slap your Ask. Either way if all your shares go in the trade you will no longer be an existing shareholder. If you retain some shares you will still be an existing shareholder. I will become an existing shareholder once you slap my Bid or I slap your Ask.

Btw, I can't properly claim to be "investing" by my definition until I've held CAPC shares 366 days.

Please slap my $.02 Bid ;)
