A bit disappointing we missed the 180 day mark. Most of us understand audits. "We need X", you go chase down X. "Now we need Y", so you go chase down Y. At the last minute they say "well now we need Z" so now you need to go hunt down Z.
Imagine all this 'gathering of information' - taking into consideration previous management and various records in various countries. I'm sure its quite a task.
Corey seems pretty pressed on the need to have these down soon. The financials are already set in motion. Time for him to let that play out while implementing the business plan.
