Can you or anyone else explain to me why this is considered to be exciting news? There's nothing "new" about it. It's all been said before, except for this, which is very definitely not a Good Thing:

According to the information provided by the Transfer Agent, the number of shares currently issued and outstanding (prior to cancellation of the 300 Million shares) is 1,933,695,597 shares of common stock, which is higher than what had previously been disclosed in Triton?s public reports and to Green Cures.

Now how did that happen? Did Lykiardopoulos lie? If so, why? Are any Section 5 violations involved here?
