I don't understand why it's so hard to believe that he talked to Mr.Vanis. First correction, he's chairman of the board not CEO. That'd be Mr. Powers. Secondly, I can't attest to Almost Retired's conversation but I can say I've talked to Mr. Vanis on the phone more than once, not hard at all and a nice guy to boot. So what's the big deal?
