CEO's connection to Green Frog Fund - a bit suspicious, IMO, because of lack of disclosure, Peter's money laundering coviction, and the FACT the company went inactive so fast after the cash started being transferred.

With no disclosure, it seems like a good deal to enrich Peter at the expense of Hop-On investors, IMO.
If I could never be caught or indicted; I wish I could get away with funneling shareholder money out of the company I controlled into another company I controlled and call it a loan (now long-term) with no interest and no payback plans.
Actually, my conscience would probably bother me too much.
I noticed Peter Michaels, President of Green Frog Fund is not filing with California anymore. How convenient. That way he doesn't have to disclose if he was paid the entire $1 million + that he funneled from Hop-On investors?

Personally, I am surprised there has been any money coming into the company. Where does it come from? The sale of stock? or like the the poor company that got screwed by Michaels with the ecig product.

Smokeless Select actually tried to order ecigs from Michaels not long ago, wanted 9000 ecigs (and other product) ... they did big advertising, ASSUMING they would be selling USACig product. (the paperwork says they did $250K of advertising to coincide with the receipt of the product which was to be in Feb 2012) He did take 90K from them but oops, forgot to give them the product. The default judgment was issued Feb. 2013 and it was against Peter Michaels, USACig, Inc. and Hop-On.

Speaking of USACig, Inc., funny thing, it seems to be a non-company even though it is owned by Hop-On. Paperwork was filed in Delaware in May 2009, strangely enough, the paperwork and taxes that are to be paid each year, have not been. Nothing has been filed since 2009. Deja vu' all over again - right? Think Hop-On and Hop-On Wireless. He can get it reinstated if he wants- like he did with Hop-On Wireless, after we brought it to his attention that it was in a permanently revoked status.

I think that Peter Michaels watched the movie Ground Hog Day one time too many or maybe he wants to star in his own version.
