Obit did read that part differently - and there alone I see room for difference of opinion

at moment it seems liquidation value is half what I thought
pending better understanding of discount factor and treatment of the "infusion/sr pfd and 10% and sweep" in that smaller value

but Obit does have a lot of correct facts - and I always feel on shaky grounds if not agreeing with him/her
