I admit to getting lost in their math (and discount assumptions as equity is over 100B in 2023)

Most importantly - can you tell and advise how they deal with the "infusion (sr pfd) and the 10% and the Sweep"

Do they deal with it - and if so I would love your excellent analysis of the impact that had or would have if included
