Its based off having many yearly meetings with clients. You have a set meeting twice a year. They go over the numbers, good or bad. That is how the business world works.
I flew out to Texas (5 hour flight) a few years ago while working for another company, only to be told they were going to use a different vendor the following year.
Now, I think Koma is surviving in walmart. I am interested to see and future Walmart prs. Walmart will raise the pps, not icecream IMO
