Yes, the past month or so ST won't allow buy orders because their cost to buy has gone up, apparently. Many here including myself have been very frustrated by this and have begun to switch brokers...etrade is the best IMO. GDSM

I opened up an etrade account in addition to my scottrade specifically for this stock and a few others they wont allow me to buy. Hey it may help my credit having 2 funded accounts :)
