Last but not least, I was correct CWIR will be the main MJ/Canabis ticker under Hudson and Grande Management. This is 100% accurate, as I asked them straight up. ENTI will be involved in leasing the land/property to grow, sell, dispense the marijuana(where legal of course), but(*that is what they will be a residential and commericial/property owning trust for many business not just MJ) to CWIR, but will NOT be the umbrella over CWIR. CWIR will be a separate entity trading symbol like all the tickers. Finally, their are discussions for private placement to have a piece of all the tickers under Hudson & Grande. This is all verifiable information and if you do some dd on otcmarkets.com, drem.usa, emails, filings, etc you will see it, AND I CONFIRMED IT YESTERDAY WITH THEM DIRECLTY.

Here is what Hudson said according to one poster. I have no reason to doubt it...but it must be read VERY carefully. And you NEED TO SEE THE FILINGS!

As of my records today, your numbers above - excluding shares held in street name by Cede & Co. - are correct. The total number of shares that are unrestricted is 1,086,949,892.

But....
1. How many shares do Cede & Co. hold?. It could be BILLIONS


AND HOW MANY ARE 'RESTRICTED' It could be billions MORE! And they could be unleashed at any time. How about some credibility?

Following Central's restructuring, Central will be authorized to issue 5 Billion Shares. Now, is that 5 BILLION OVER AND ABOVE THE 20 BILLION SHARES? Or, do they plan to USE 5 BILLION of the 20 billion??? And there will still be 15 BILLION LEFT? I really don't think that is it, but without a FILING...HOW DO YOU KNOW.

It will also have a new name, which is trademarked, and that will coincide with its domain name. At this point in time, the company's board of directors have determined that there will be NO reversal of the company's stock.
