Scottrade doesn't allow you to for whatever reason but etrade you can set to whatever.

U don't have to set it that high, just set it at any price above $1 for now,
It should work, if for any reason still doesn't work, then wait till the market is open so there will be a bid price
And the set a selling limit at a high price. Let us how will things work with u.
