Greg This is what I think happened in regards to the chatter about a 10-K due.

The confusion about the 10-K coming due is because Minerco filed both an NT 10-Q and an NT 10-K on 03/17/14. The NT 10-K stated the 10-K would be filed in 15 calendar days.

We all know the 10-K for the fiscal year ending 07/31/13 was filed on 11/13/13. The NT 10-K filed on 03/17/14 may have been filed by mistake and then followed up with the NT 10-Q after they realized the NT 10-K was a mistake.

In any event, I think most investors here are not expecting another 10-K next week.
