An can you believe in the arrogance of this CEO?

5% of Euro (if it even exists) and a small percentage in the Ice Cream subsidiary, being funded entirely by the BBDA shareholder???

Is there something I am missing here? Is BW saying "screw the shareholder" like he has done before? Why is there not an uproar from the shareholders? I really do not understand.
