Tried calling Knobias about the numbers on OTCBB site, but couldn't reach right party. Left a message that there was an obvious error on share count for GFCI.pk and asked for return call.

Dr Bill, you posted this about 24 hours ago to alert the readers of this board to a potential disaster. Good for you.

However, on the RB board where you found this, there were several posts that showed this was totally inaccurate and just a glitch in the system of the provider.

I am curious why you did not post the correction? Is it because you haven't revisited RB or you only post negative finds?

In all fairness, I believe anyone who posts something that turns out to be incorrect has a duty to follow thru with the truth. I hope it is because you have not seen the correction.
