For FROZ.. not APT.. as it pertains to the Form 12b-25

As long as the conditions of the Rule are met, $FROZ is deemed to have made a timely filing, even though the report was not filed by the prescribed deadline.

I believe this delay is present due to the promissory notes mentioned in yesterday's 8-K and the fact this merger will change certain aspects into the structure and operations of FROZ.

IMO this is another attempt to get thier books into "tip top" shape as they've been doing for the past few weeks/months, which clearly shows through their filings.

We should not lose focus on APT....

There is a HUGE urgency to get the PPS as far away from .01 as possible atm imo with the new OTCQB rules being addressed and introduced in the next month!

Prepare for 1st 1/4 rev PRS and 2014 projections imo and likely an introduction to their intellectual property too! :-D
