It's not over yet but it may get worse before it gets better.
There is no reason at all SRSR couldn't do what Nio-Corp did for raising capital. Now it wouldn't be as easy as they have only a historic resource and are on the pinks but for a million dollars they could solve that.
My opinion is Scott isn't willing to do put in the hard effort and put out the family name to make that happen.
Think about an investor presentation of a Keevil family mining project, with the positives of the Niobium markets, the Gulf minerals data and the upside potential and all the positives and continually not getting any funds. I can't see that being a total failure in finding 20 folks to put up 50k each. Just not sure they are willing to do the hard work and out themselves out there.
A fair bit of the funds would qualify for flow through which makes it even more attractive
