Spoiler alert no institutional investor will be on the call. If they wanted to include the name at any weight relative to a meaningful position in a model portfolio they couldn't and this name isn't on their radar. I work for an institutional firm and our minimum market cap is $250mm for that very reason. The best you can hope for at this point in time is a Retail Broker (Private Wealth, HNW, Private Banking) that has a very young rich client that wants huge risk names in a discretionary portfolio... even then the Morgan Stanleys, Goldmans, MLs, Wells, UBS and everyone else is probably not allowed to touch these at this stage given the market cap risk, beta and well, they just don't like being sued. More likely a freshly minted CFP/Series 7 LPL adviser...
