It was really stupid to think that they spent the money to do the spinoff(?) and not a pump was planned.

No volume came out of BVIG. Just nothing happened.

I saw the writing on the wall back when Ken started issuing all of those shares to insiders. I sold all KATX and BVIG shares at that time. Sure glad I did.
