Ive only seen Item 1.01.

That means "will".

That does not mean has or have.

Until Item 2.01 is published, and "will" changes to "has", it is still in the "will" phase.

Anyone can dream. I "will" buy a 787 Dreamliner. That is different than saying I have "bought" a 787 Dreamliner.
