Is the outstanding # of shares correct at 229M? Can't believe that this is not moving higher.Theres hundreds of sub pennies out there that have several billion shares outstanding and have been able to post high % gains.What's the scoop with this one? I am not in this, but it looks like a good candidate to pick up and hold onto for a month and see what happens. This O/S share number if correct, is one of the lowest out there.
