10 signatures! stop the presses. i doubt 10 signatures is going to stop a town from cashing in on the job growth and tax revenue.

Thank you for the due diligence. I wonder if, since it's been about six weeks since that was filed, anybody can come up with a response from Mr. McLean. It would be interesting to see that. Maybe somebody can contact him and ask about the current status of the zoning and building permits for that property, get something in writing, even if it's just an email.

Meanwhile, will the chart support area around .075/50-day moving average hold? Some definitive word from Mr. McLean could well make or break FITX's PPS for the next week or two.

They should have like the letter stated purchased an industrial vacant building for a fraction of what they are spending to develope land for bills cousin. All other commercial growers are doing this and they are growing pennywise.

Yeah, that "opposition" was discussed here a long time ago. I don't think those big 8 signatures will have too earth shattering of an effect on the operation here...

I don't think that 8-10 signatures are going to change their mind...

Windsor Star article...

CEN Biotech is proposing to build a 58,000-square-foot steel barn to house its operations, according to a town document.

Council was supportive of the proposal, saying the industry posed no concerns because it will be highly regulated.

Welcome to Lakeshore,” Coun. Linda McKinlay said.

Coun. Dan Diemer said the proposed site next to the OPP detachment was perfect.

“It’s a highly regulated industry, no different than Seagram’s or Hiram Walker,” Diemer said. “We love industry of any kind.”

Mayor Tom Bain said he didn’t think the marijuana growers would post any problems for the town.

Just curious, is it legal to post someone's personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) without their permission? Seems like a privacy issue?
