It means that we are consolidating while holding gains. The more the RSI cools off and the higher pps we can sustain during that cooloff, the stronger it shows the momentum for the next run IMO This is a very healthy consolidation. If we can hold 6's while lowering the RSI to low 60's high 50's, when financials/news comes out we will run hard IMO
