Again making an assumption...for instance my assumption is that maybe they weren't required to file an 8k after they had that press release.....to assume they missed one 8k and won't file a 10k is ridiculous. Yes you stated a fact about not filing the 8k but you assuming what is going to happen with IF statements....which is fine but don't claim your assumptions as facts.

and then the mantra of "oh....it just is taking them a little longer, this is really good" BS or another blame game outside the company. It just happened w/the lawsuit and auditor resignation, no blame but on others, not company. Obviously a mass of uniformed, imo.

Last year the 10k was filed on April 26th. You have about a month to make hay with your remark. Make the best of it.

To correct another misleading statement from another supposed long (not you of course),


last years 10k was filed April 16th and ammmended form April 26th.

April will come and go w/no filing, betcha by golly...
