With The SEC Given their Blessings, and everything that is in the Pipeline Makes the PPS of ICBT EXTREMELY CHEAP !!!! IMHO.

Hopefully sometime in the near future You will be Able to put out a VALUATION PR $$$$$.

RIGHT NOW The Stock is just WAY UNDERVALUED ! IMO.
