whats interesting is the amount of material events which have all lined up to create what appears to be a "carpet bomb" effect
however reality is - there's been alot of hard work, time and effort to bring a number of their successes together that (coincidentally) all coincide around the same time....
a material event, such as a contract being signed, can not be held back from full disclosure, in a publicly traded company
however a number of contracts being stacked awaiting multiple executions is a whole other situation
