This is not a surprise and all to familiar.
I went to arbitration on a matter and prevailed but
the plaintiffs didn't like to decision and moved
it to a higher court be be retried along with some BS
reason as to why it wasn't binding or double jeopardy.
Nothing changed in the evidence or documentation
Guess the outcome.
Sure looked like the fix was in to me.
