Two things:

1. The forward looking safe harbor does not apply to penny stocks

2. BW's PERSONAL Twitter or FB are not linked to the company website, nor have never been announced, as required by the SEC rules, by the company as a place to expect PRs.


Both statements are factual. If anyone disagrees, they can post proof as to where such an announcement was made.
