MWIP is supposedly going to supply the infrastructure, roads, greenhouses, water, electric, farming equipment, tools, etc. to be able to charge the $15/sq-ft. they want.
It's quite a bit more involved than walking them out into their cow pasture and saying, "Welp, this here's yer piece!".
Since we're not called "MediFarm" (yet?), I have to wonder if he understands how to operate a farm as a profitable business.
