That's right I forgot about that one, but I can think of one other one too..

The TCA Global term sheet 8K is a little different. Marty said he'd file an 8K and then didn't. Later he said he had filed an 8K and he hadn't.

One can only conclude that the terms are so bad that he doesn't want them made public.

That can't be good.
