I think the real mistake is to discount herd mentality and HFTs.
both are well documented phenomena...
feel free to gloat when you are the first person to break some news..
still doesn't quite explain why the stock rallied in the premarket though..
so I have a feeling some money will come back into spex before too long. pity I don't have any spare cash to take advantage of this cheap price... but oh well... such is life
almost all of the patent stocks are oversold at the moment...
