People that know the history of Eddie Vaskers prior corporate schemes might find this not to be such good news. The sale to 3D Eye Solution, for preferred stock in a company whose chairman is Eddie Vasker doesn't make any sense at all.

PRPM has stated that Eddie Vasker is no longer in a management capacity at PRPM, why then would PRPM continue to maintain ties with Eddie Vasker. It is disconcerting that Mr. Vasker has not been completely disassociated with all aspects of PRPM.
