Way overvalued here at these levels! With close to 2 Billion O/S by next week PEII's pps should be in the .0007 range right now! Production numbers are lagging to say the least and S-1 will probably NEVER be approved by SEC. IMHO..... Floyd Smith is OUT OF TIME!!!!!!!!
