Yes, I agree.

Dunno about that upper price target... I guess $45 is not out of the question. I'm less optimistic, but I hope you are right.

The fun part will be timing the end of the medium-term trend. We all know it's coming, but exactly when is another story we'll no doubt be kicking around for a while.
