I think that is a very good guess.
Consider that CEO was in Colo for multiple days, and later stated for several days that he was working on an update and hoped to have it out asap.
It DID come, but only mentioned adding a member to the advisory board.

Common sense tells me that much time was not really needed to put that last update together, so CEO most likely was planning to include more info, but wasn't yet finalized.

So a JV or merger with Biochar Now is a very real possibility.
