Bob, just a headsup the numbers have updated but the date remains 3/14/14.

I must befriend an accountant to figure these convertibles and financials out!

I cannot narrow down where the weekly newly created shares that are instantly free traded are going to... perhaps tonaquint and others converting? But no convertibles are due March or April. Prior convertibles that are just becoming free trading? But those would already have been reflected in the O/S so that cannot be it.

I do not think anyone else has it figured out either.

Maybe we all need to take an accounting 101 course : )

Citizen Bob.... thanks for responding, please don't make me wrong.... I still believe in you and the Company so I'm still waiting for better, much better days..... simply speaking, .0175 cents is not acceptable PPS, not acceptable for me and many others here, this is also not respectable price for such a company as FLPC is, company with so much potential.... this is not even close what we have envision here, everything may change by tomorrow but as of now things are not as should be.
