My thoughts exactly.. I have noticed that PPHM has been dragging their feet just as much as the Plaintiff. Maybe this is the way lawsuits work but with K&G working for them... I would have expected the motions to be filed immediately to get this completed.
This is one of the reasons I do not believe that this CA is causing any hold-up for any sort of Partnership Announcement.
