Yeah I am going to look for it tomorrow if you can wait....seems like this is going to get thrown out and doesn't make sense that the lawsuit says ewsi must pay 200k but we are going to sue for 800k. ..bet any money they were desperate and going to file for bankruptcy from poor management and took whatever Martin offered....now they probably regret it and sued
LA just posted some nice DD...yeah this lawsuit is frivolous and went back and read the 8K....ewsi paid all 2trg loans in full..now they want more cash. They got around 25k a piece and don't have enough to pay for back rent that Martin said you are going to pay....what you looking for was the loan payoffs to 5th 3rd bank wire transfer
