How does a REVOKED corporation with an expired business license issue shares? How does it receive shares?

$10,000,000 worth of shares (ntek pps was $0.04 when the alleged transaction took place. I made the case that the transaction never really took place and that d foley had those 250,000,000 shares all along...in addition to 250,000,000 more shares that were allegedly issued to global media whatever, lOl...more ntek garbage...GET THE FACTS!).
