It seems that the Elk Creek recovery rates are a bit low? The CEO interview claimed low 50% but can be optimized to high 50%'s?

I believe SRSR based on the BJ Lerner work will be in the 80% range which will make up for the lower grade and also not having to dig down so deeply to get it?

There is room for more than one especially if they get funded from end user types.

Do you have any feel for the cost differential that an underground deposit will experience?

My guess for hawke zone is closer to 65Mt of .45% with the same area you describe, but there is also the larger less explored SE zone that has possibly Mt170 of around .35% in an area 200x700x200.

SrSr grades improve with depth where 1.8% occurred over a 4.5 meter interval in ddh73.

SrSr is near hwy 101 and near the rail line also and there is power station nearby too.

Not as familiar with the other project, but I see them having to do more infill to model the resource better and having a higher capex, but they seem better than niobec.
