While I feel bad her business went down because she was trying to do something good, she should've used whatever EWSI paid for 2trg's assets to pay her debts and move on instead of having seller's remorse and suing for more money not owed. At least the article mentioned 2trg had the same issue with another landlord which shows a negative pattern for 2trg.
