Mark Newbauer, the sole officer and chief bottle washer of the company, had the SEC suspend his other public company (MIKP) for releasing bogus company news and financial statements. Newbauer was also tasked with writing bogus news releases for EESO and Jared Hochstedler (another Ft.Wayne busted scam) with whom they shared a common office. Newbauer's long-time associate and friend Jared Hochstedler was recently brought up on money laundering and gambling charges.
