Maybe the Neom IP in the Go Window is when a Word is Offered up by the Real World - a sign, message, poster, etc., offers you to be navigated to their specific site. ? I am a little unclear on that too.

RFL: Yes, you can certainly enter something/anything in the PC Go Window, BUT it should lead nowhere IMO unless the connection is paid for. Why would NEOM let its IP/servers be used unless a toll (e.g. licensing/keyword activation fees etc.) has been paid in cash (or barter) or otherwise? YJ.
